Shipping Policies

We use a third party to produce our products for sales.

The standard processing time is 2-7 business days.  We will provide an estimated shipping date when you place your order.

They ship worldwide! Shipping times and costs vary by location and will be calculated at checkout.

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us within 1 hour of placing it. After this period, we may have already started processing your order, and changes or cancellations may not be possible.

Order Processing

Once your order is placed, the production team begins crafting your  product. Shipping times vary by shipping option and destination, ranging from 2-3 business days for Express Domestic to 10-30 business days or more for Standard International. All shipping estimates are in addition to production time, which typically takes 1-7 business days but can vary based on the time of year, order volume, and specific product. For the most accurate estimate, always check the production and shipping estimates in your Printify orders tab, as they are specific to each order. 

Shipping options and times

  • Economy: Domestic orders only. 4-8 business days.
  • Express: Domestic US orders only (excluding Alaska and Hawaii). 2-3 business days once production is complete.
  • Standard:
    • Domestic (USA): 2-5 business days.
    • International: 10-30 business days, depending on the destination.
  • Priority: Varies by availability. Typically 2-3 days for domestic and 3-5 days for international, but can differ. 

Important factors to consider

  • Production time: Shipping estimates do not include production time, which averages 1-7 business days but can be longer during busy seasons.
  • Destination: International shipping times are significantly longer than domestic, and can be affected by customs.
  • Shipping service: The shipping option you choose has a direct impact on the final delivery time.
  • Provider delays: Individual print providers can experience production delays, which are listed on Printify's fulfillment status page. 

Lost or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers or customs processing. However, if your package is lost in transit, please contact us, and we’ll assist in resolving the issue.

Return Policies

The Print Provider:

We work with a print-on-demand company, which means that all products are unique and produced only once ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if the customer ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed their mind.

However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, the print provider offers a free reprint or a refund if you contacted within 14 days of product delivery. Please get in touch with our team  and provide a clear photo showing the issue. There is no need to return the damaged product.

If there’s an issue affecting multiple products that use the same design, an additional photo (or video) of all affected items visible in one frame will be required for confirmation purposes.

Please note that the print provider will not be held responsible and will not offer reprints or refunds if the customer ordered the wrong size or color. In case of an unsuccessful delivery, you can opt for either a reprint with an extra charge or a partial refund. For DTG products, there is a tolerance of 0.5" for print placement, meaning that minor variations in the placement of the print will not be considered as defects.

Reasons the print provider offers a refund or reprint 

  • Damaged product: Items arrive physically broken or damaged.
  • Manufacturing error: There is an error in the production of the item, such as a printing mistake or incorrect product.
  • Wrong product received: The customer receives a different item than what was ordered.
  • Unsuccessful delivery: The order is lost in transit. 

How to request a refund or reprint

  1. Contact Soaring Spirit HQ within 14 days of delivery.
  2. Provide a clear photo or video showing the defect or error. If multiple items have the same issue, all affected items must be visible in a single photo. 

Reasons Print Provider does not offer a refund or reprint 

  • The customer ordered the wrong size or color.
  • The customer changed their mind.
  • The order was not delivered because an incorrect address was provided.
  • There is a minor deviation in size (below 1") from the provided size guide.
  • The print quality issue is due to the customer providing a low-quality design file. 

We accept returns and exchanges on non-customized items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and unwashed. Please contact us to initiate a return or exchange. Customized items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

We strive for quality, but if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the problem, either by sending a replacement or issuing a refund.
